Its an empay digital card which you are getting once you are registered to empay. Your Empay digital card is a digital prepaid card wherein you can load funds to use all of Empay’s payment services.

Your Empay card can be updated to a limit-based card when you opt for Empay’s instant credit line. Should you opt for this feature, you will have both credit from Empay as well as your available balance from your fund transfer for using Empay’s services.

You don’t need to activate your Empay card. You can start using your Empay card as soon as you register with Empay.

No, you will not be issued a physical Empay card. The Empay mobile application follows the Smart UAE initiative of Going Cashless and digital.

Go to your home screen and click on Add Money and choose from any of the following 3 options to load funds in to your Empay card:
1.UAE PGS
2.Debit Card
3.Bank Transfer

1.Click on Add Money and select UAE PGS.
2.Enter the amount to be transferred (Minimum of AED 100 and Maximum of AED 100,000 for a single transfer) and confirm if you wish to proceed.
3.Upon confirmation, you will be redirected to the UAE Central Bank Payment Gateway page.
4.Now select your bank and Click on Terms and conditions to proceed.
5.You will be redirected to your bank account from which you can now login and transfer money in to your Empay Card.
6.On successful transaction, you will be redirecting to payment success screen.
7.Kindly wait for few minutes to get your updated balance on empay card.

2.Enter the amount to be transferred and confirm if you wish to proceed.
3.Click on Select/Add Card.
4.Select the card from which you want to load fund to empay card.
5.Click on Make Payment & Confirm for payment.
6.On successful transaction, you will be redirecting to payment success screen.
7.Kindly wait for few minutes to get your updated balance on empay card.

1.Go to your online banking site or app .
2.Go to Fund transfer and add a beneficiary as empay .
3.Add the necessary details to add beneficary as mentioned from your bank: Add Bank name as Finance House PJSC, Add IBAN number mentioned in your empay account under bank transfer tab.
4.Once beneficiary is added, please select the empay beneficiary to transfer fund from your bank account to empay card.
5.Your empay balance will be updated shortly upon success

Once you have transferred money into your Empay card, you cannot reverse your amount to the source debit card or bank account. So do your planning on amount of funds to be loaded in Empay card to make payments for the services enabled in Empay.
