Following are some basic details, which will be required to register to empay:

Your personal email-id to communicate
Your valid Emirates ID to scan

No. You can register only one account using your mobile number.

In case you change your mobile handset, you need to download the Empay app from Google Playstore
Launch the app, go to Login screen
Enter mobile number you registered
Enter OTP you received and provide PIN set by you during the initial registration
You will be redirect to your empay account

Please try scanning your Emirates ID once again as per the instructions on the Empay app screen. If you face issues while scanning your Emirates Id, please follow below steps to contact us:
Click on side bar menu
Click on menu-item “Contact Us”
You will be redirected to Contact Us screen.
Select the Category Emirates-ID OCR scan
Type your issue in below field.
Click on the Submit button.
Empay’s IT team will evaluate your issue and come back to you with solution at the earliest.
